The Marvin Village Council has adopted an ordinance pertaining to the operation of golf carts on public streets and roads within Marvin. The Ordinance takes effect October 1, 2009. Golf carts must be registered in order to operate on public roads.

You may now register your security alarm free of charge on-line by clicking the link near the top of this page. By registering your alarm, Marvin’s Sheriff’s Deputy will be able to notify you in the event of an actual emergency when you are away from home. Contact information and special circumstances can be given (i.e. elderly family members in the home, pets, etc.) All information is completely confidential. Alarm registration became a requirement on January 1, 2008. Below is link to our False Alarm Ordinance.
