The Village of Marvin has scheduled the first of two Public Involvement Meetings for an application received by Regency Centers to rezone property located at the southeast corner of Providence Road and New Town Road (parcel numbers 06-183-011, 06-183-011A, 06-183-011B, 06-183-011C, 06-159-005B) from MX-CD to ICD-Marvin Gardens. The PIM will be held Monday, March 23, 2015 from 2-4 p.m. at Banks Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall (10012 New Town Road).
The purpose of the PIM is to provide information and solicit public input regarding the proposed plans. The meeting is designed to allow citizens to view the general design and layout and to ask questions of the applicant and the service providers. The format of the meeting will include a brief presentation by the applicant beginning at 2 p.m., with the remaining time reserved for general comments, questions and answers. Guests are requested to sign in to participate in the discussion.
There is a possibility that a quorum of the following boards may be in attendance at the PIM: Village Council, Planning Board, Design Review Board and Parks, Recreation and Greenways Advisory Board. No action will be taken on the part of these boards.
