Marvin Ridge High School Earns an "A" in New School Performance Grading System

Beginning with the 2013-14 school year, per legislation, school performance grades of (A-F) based on test scores, and for high schools, additional indicators that measure college and career readiness, are being reported. In this new grading system, Marvin Ridge High School achieved an overall score of 91%, which equates to an A letter grade in the state‚Äôs rating scale. Only 5% (132 schools) of the more than 2000 schools in the state have achieved an overall letter grade of an A, based on data from the 2013-14 school year! Way to go Mavericks!

State 3A Champions

The men's and women's Indoor Track Teams were named as the State 3A Champions in Indoor Track and Field for the second year in a row!

The women's Swimming and Diving team were named the State 3A Champions for the second year in a row!
