The Village Council has called for two public hearings to be held Tuesday, February 10 at 6:30 p.m. at Banks Fellowship Hall (10012 New Town Rd.). The purpose of the public hearings is to receive public comment on:
- Temporary Use Permit #15-11415 to Allow for a Temporary Sales Trailer to be Located at 2012 S. Providence Road for The Courtyards at Marvin Subdivision
- Proposed Text Amendments to Chapter Section 151.081 (D) (5) (a, b and c) – Amending Side and Rear Yard Setbacks in Large Tract Subdivisions.
The Village of Marvin reserves the right to make amendments to the proposed documents based on information received at the public hearing. Citizens are invited to make written and oral comment. All documents are available for inspection at the Village Hall during regular business hours.
