The Village is pleased to provide citizens with meeting records online.

Because it is important that "municipal records be kept in a safe place at all times." (G.S. 132-7).

please do the following to gain unhindered access to commonly requested public records.

 

 

For all other requests, please fill in a public records request and email it to

clerk@marvinnc.org.

Public Records requests are fulfilled on a part-time basis and, per statute,

will be supplied within "a reasonable time." G.S. 132-6(a) dependent on staff availability

and the type of records request.  Some charges may apply.
